Who we are.

Meet Margo

Margo (PT, DPT, TPS, CEAS I) - I’m a physical therapist, entrepreneur, dreamer, and believer that whole-body health is about a lot more than just treating the thing that hurts.

I’m the owner of The Real Heal Physical Therapy & Wellness Center and The Lounge, and the one behind this vision born from a dream to create spaces where people can heal, grow, connect, and feel better in their bodies and their lives.

My clinical specialties include orthopedics, manual therapy, chronic pain and ergonomics, but my approach goes beyond the diagnosis. I’m interested in the whole person, the why behind the problem, and finding better ways to help people move, heal, and thrive.

At the heart of it all, I’m building what I once dreamed of: a place where health feels personal, healing feels possible, and taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be scary.

Meet Molly

Hi, I’m Molly Uhazie, a PTA at The Real Heal! You’ll often find me rolling around in the gym trying out new mobility exercises or guiding patients through them with a big smile.

With a background in massage therapy, I especially enjoy helping patients work through stubborn muscles and movement limitations. My passion for whole-body wellness goes beyond exercise—from breathwork and relaxation to understanding the difference between mobility and stretching, I love helping patients better understand their bodies and make meaningful progress.

Outside of PT, life is busy and full! You can find me helping coach my son’s soccer team, getting my daughter ready for dance, or enjoying walks with my husband and our two dogs. I’m grateful to do work I love while spending time with the people (and pups!) who mean the most to me.

Meet Bailey

Bailey (PT, DPT) – Born and raised in Kingsford, I’m proud to be a part of the community I now have the opportunity to serve as a physical therapist. I'm passionate about helping people move well, feel strong, and live life to the fullest. I specialize in pelvic floor physical therapy and have a particular interest in treating spine-related conditions, but I truly enjoy working with patients across all stages of life and with a variety of conditions. Outside the clinic, you’ll find me teaching Zumba—because apparently I like making people sweat in more than one setting!

Meet Nikki

Nikki (PTA) - Born and raised in Iron Mountain, I’m proud to have spent the past 14 years helping my community move, heal, and feel their best as a PTA. I’m a Certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist with a special interest in orthopedic care, and as a mom of three, I understand the importance of getting back to the things that matter most. When I’m not working, you can probably find me enjoying a good cup of coffee—because coffee is basically part of the treatment plan.

Meet Deanna

Deanna – I am Deanna Kopp and I am the building & business manager, billing/insurance wrangler, front desk fixer, and professional problem solver—basically, if it needs to be handled, somehow it ends up on my desk.

When I’m not working, I’m a wife and mom to two boys, which means I’m basically outnumbered 3-to-1.

I LOVE vacations (probably a little too much), family time, and anything that gets me outside. You can usually find me side-by-siding, paddle boarding, boating, or taking my dog Karl for a walk—where he’s technically walking me.

Work hard, play harder, book the vacation, make the memories, and don’t ask me to do math without a calculator.

Meet Jenna

Jenna (LMT, Reception) – If you've called the clinic, sent us a message, or stopped by the front desk, there's a good chance we've already met. I handle everything from scheduling and reception to social media, marketing, and patient education materials. Working in healthcare was never part of my original plan, but after Margo recruited me while I was still in massage school, I ended up finding a career I genuinely love.

Meet Elizabeth

Elizabeth (Front Desk)– Elizabeth moved to the U.P. in 2023 and enjoys all that the north woods has to offer. Summers are filled with water activities and winters are for snowshoeing and boiling maple syrup. Beyond her human family Elizabeth has two dogs, two cats and a flock of chickens to keep her very busy. When she has some down time Elizabeth enjoys reading and embroidery.
